Following your connection with your Concept Designer, your floral proposal will be prepared for you including inspiration images paired with a detailed breakdown of the cost of your floral investment. We usually need at least a week to create your custom quote so that we can design something uniquely tailored to your wedding.

Once you have sent in your questionnaire, you will receive an email introduction from our Concept designers Steph & Sean. The two of you will align a date and time that works well for your initial Concept Consultation with the designer.

The first step to securing Hanako for your wedding is through our contact form. NEXT, you'll receive your floral questionnaire. You will want to include your wedding date, venue details, along with LOTS of inspiration. A link to your Pinterest Board is best, the more visual inspiration you provide, the more amazing designs we can dream up. Each grand design begins with a spark of inspiration.

Booking with us couldn't be easier! To ensure that your experience with us is seamless, all bookings are done electronically. Once you have selected and approved your proposal, you can E-sign your contract and complete your initial retainer electronically.

12 weeks before the wedding we'll check in to confirm all the fine details of the wedding and talk through any changes. At this time we'll want to know all of the choices that have been made, like bridal party fashion, linen and place settings and a basic timeline for the wedding day. This helps us to ensure that everything we have designed, fits seamlessly into your finalised wedding vision. .
